Return, Refund & Exchange service

Return

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase from Normo.co.za and only need to pay shipping fee.  The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

Refund

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

Returns cost will be deducted from your refund amount in case of drop off return.

Exchange

You have 30 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from Normo.co.za and only need to pay shipping fee.  The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

You can change the size or colour of your items, if they are available on Normo.co.za.

If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase. 

Exchanging is count as new order, and if it is not over R500, you need to pay shipping fee.

Remember that you need to make a request via the website/APP for in-store exchanges.
