Cancellation Policy

A consumer may cancel an order at any time before the order is finalized and confirmed online by completing the transaction, without charge to him or her.

However, once an order has been confirmed and finalized, Normo reserves the right to charge a reasonable handling or administrative fee under the Consumer Protection Act ("CPA"), which may be as high as 10% of the purchase price of the merchandise. Fairprice reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud, misconduct or other criminal activity is suspected, and to refuse to supply the merchandise in such cases.

All order cancellations must be made in writing by the account holder associated with the purchase and refunds shall be processed within 10 business days.

If an order is cancelled after the order has been shipped, the customer will only receive a refund if the order is returned and verified in Normo's warehouse, and the account holder may be liable for shipping charges.
